What's Covered:
Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing faults, including:
- Defective or faulty stone settings
- Stones becoming loose or falling out due to a manufacturing fault
- Faulty clasps, chains or closures
- Structural defects in rings, bracelets, necklaces or earrings
- Other faults caused by defective materials or workmanship
If your jewellery develops a covered fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. Once assessed and approved, we'll provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
